 You can book online by destination, car type and how many hours.

  • Can I make a last-minute booking?

 We recommend booking in advance.

 Minimum is 4 hours

  • Can I schedule recurring trips?

 No, you can book only one trip at a time.



Vehicles & Amenities
  • What types of vehicles are available?

We offer luxury sedans, SUVs, and luxury executive vans,

  • Are your vehicles licensed and insured?
  • All vehicles are licensed and fully insured.
  • Do your cars have Wi-Fi and bottled water?
  • Yes, we provide Wi-Fi in some ultra luxury models and bottled waters in all cars.
  • How many passengers can each vehicle accommodate?
  • We can accommodate 4-15 passengers.


Chauffeurs
  • Are your chauffeurs professionally trained?

  All of our chauffeur are professionally trained

  • Do chauffeurs wear uniforms?

  Our chauffeurs must wear white shirt and black pants.

  • Can I request a specific chauffeur?

  No, only if available with the car selection.

  • Do chauffeurs speak English (or other languages)?

  All US chauffeurs speak English and French chauffeurs speaks French and some basic English.

  • Will my chauffeur assist with luggage?

  Yes, our chauffeurs will assist clients with his/ her luggage.

  • Do you monitor flight arrivals and delays?

  Yes, we do monitor all flights.

  • How do I find my chauffeur at the airport?

  Our chauffeurs will show up with our company sign at baggage claim area.

  • Do you provide child seats for airport trips?

  We can provide child seats with special requests.

  • What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

  We will try our best to accommodate you with flight delay and cancellation.

Payment & Pricing
  • How much does the service cost?

  Our services range from $100-$150/ hour for luxury category and $300 and up for ultra luxury category.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept most major credit cards.

  • Are tolls, parking, and gratuity included?

  All tolls, parking are added separately to your invoice and gratuities are at Passenger’s discretion.

  • Is a deposit required?

  Payments must be paid in full at booking.

  • Do you offer corporate or long-term rates?

  We offer corporates different discount rates at different volume booking. We also offer 10% discount for long term booking of 24 hours or more.

    

Changes & Cancellations
  • What is your cancellation policy?

  Free cancellation 24 hours before pickup time

  • 50% fee for cancellation 12 hours before pickup time

  100% fee for cancellation less than 12 hours before pickup time

  • Can I change my booking details?

  You can change booking detail for the first 12 hours of booking

  • Is there a waiting time charge?

  We will waive 30 minutes of waiting time at pickup

  • Can I extend the ride mid-trip?

  Upon availability of driver and new invoice must be paid in full.


Service Area & Special Requests
  • What areas do you serve?

 We serve Paris, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Texas, New York, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey

  • Do you offer long-distance or out of town trips?

 We only offer round trips within 4 hours of driving.

  • Can you provide services for weddings/events?

 We offer services for all formal events including weddings, but we recommend booking in advance for specialty vehicles.

  • Can you accommodate VIPs or security needs?

 We offer services for VIPs with bodyguards at special request and must be booked one month in advance.

  • Do you offer multilingual chauffeurs or tour guides?

 We have excellent tour packages with multilingual chauffeurs.

  • How to I receive my receipt for my journey?

 You will receive through email and you can also view your receipt through customer account .

  • How do I add payment method?

 You can add you payment method in the setting of your account

 How do I change my payment method?

 Just change in the setting of your account

  • Can I request black cars only?

 All cars are listed with color description for you to see before booking.

  • Can I request several vehicles at once?

“Yes; you can book several vehicles at the same time.”

  • How do your chauffeurs clean their vehicles?

 All points of touch will be wiped with alcohol wipes and surfaces will be vacuum cleaned after each trip. Extra wipes will be provided if passengers request.

  • What if I leave something in the car?

 Please contact us at contact@darkblue-capybara-453885.hostingersite.com and provide your receipt number so we can track the vehicle and return your properties as quickly as possible.

  • Are passengers insured during their journey?

 Yes, we provide protection for all passengers during their journey.
